Shipping & Delivery

Should we not have the item requested in stock, this will be ordered and can take up to 15 working days to be received in the country following which we will send the customer details of when it can be expected to be received. Courier options will be at an additional cost should the item not be collected from your designated cochlear implant clinics. As we make use of courier services from other companies, we are no longer liable for the goods they have taken possession of. Delivery is subject to order and Southern ENT is not responsible for any delays from transporters, agents, postal services, and/or border and customs officials.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within (15) business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
